Registration​ Process

Registration Process:

1. Contact our Director - Learn more about our centre and the availability of the program you are interested in.​
2. Schedule a Personal Tour - See our classrooms in action and have all your questions answered.
3. Receive a Confirmed Start Date - Start dates will be provided once a space is available in the classroom.  You will be added to the waiting list otherwise.
4. Complete Enrolment Package & Pay Non-Refundable Deposit - Please refer to the Child Care Fees section for more information.
5. Attend classroom visit with your child before your given start date - These visits help your child to transition to our child care program.​

Registration​ Fees

Fee schedule as of January 1, 2025
Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) System  

Toddlers (18 - 30 months): 
$22 per day x 5 days = $110 per week

Preschool (30 - 48 months): 
​$22 per day x 5 days = $110 per week

Withdrawal of Service
A 30 day written notice of withdrawal is required for all programs.   If 30 days notice is not provided, fees will be continue to be charged for the period of 30 days from the day notice is received. This includes changing from full-time to part-time care or reducing the number of part-time days.

Halton Hills Child Care Centre reserves the right to terminate its services.  Failure to adhere to the parent agreement, policies or failing to pay for child care within 30 days will lead to termination of service.  We work closely with families and strive to make every child’s experience a positive one.  However, if a situation no longer benefits the well being of the child, other children, staff or the Centre, this may lead us to terminate our service.

​Waiting List
We encourage you to contact us as soon as you are looking for child care, even if the date is in the future.  Please note that being on our waiting list does not guarantee a start date when that time comes, as children can only start when space becomes available in the appropriate room.

Our waiting list is managed on a first come, first serve basis.  You will be contacted as your requested start date approaches or as spaces become available.
